If you've followed my diet and exercises and have lost weight and feel better than ever, please leave a comment, and if I find a product that works, I will recommend it.
There are many factors that contribute to weight loss, but there are a few basic ingredients: 1. Fat/low-calorie
3. Exercise 3. Fat/low-calorieFat or calories that you can cut out of your diet, but don't eat more than about 35% of your daily calories. You can eat as much fat as you want, but not more than that. For example, if you eat a large chocolate bar and are at a loss of 40 pounds, your daily fat allowance is 100 grams. The daily fat limit for most of us is 35%. Your total daily calorie intake will be: 35% (100 grams) * 2,400 calories = 4,500 calories. (If you are eating less than 35% of your calories, you can eat less than 4,500 calories without losing weight.) You will burn calories, but you don't burn fat. The goal is to increase your caloric intake without going over your daily calorie limit. You may be looking for fat-burning products with a high fat content. This is not a concern. Most of the products that are available are fat-burning products. Some of the products can help you lose weight, but they will not burn the body fat.
